DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, DAMAGE & RENTAL AGREEMENT
A 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking. The 25% deposit is refundable up to 60-days prior to your arrival date, minus a 3% processing fee. The balance of your stay is due 60-days prior to arrival. In the event you need to cancel within the 60-day window, we will issue a refund only if we are able to rebook the property.
A $5,000 damage deposit is due 7-days prior to arrival. This damage deposit is fully refundable within 72hrs of checkout.
*A higher damage deposit is required for events; the amount will be determined based on the nature and size of event.A signed copy of our rental agreement is required within 24hrs of making your booking.
Standard Amenities: The following items are available at all Surf or Sound Realty properties, even though they are not listed individually: Central Air/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, TV, Standard Coffee Maker, Toaster, and Outdoor Grill. Many homes also have ceiling fans located throughout the home and fish cleaning tables.
