Deposits, Cancellations, Damage & Rental Agreement

A 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking. The 25% deposit is refundable up to 60-days prior to your arrival date, minus a 3% processing fee. The balance of your stay is due 60-days prior to arrival. In the event you need to cancel within the 60-day window, we will issue a refund only if we are able to rebook the property.

A $5,000 damage deposit is due 7-days prior to arrival. This damage deposit is fully refundable within 72hrs of checkout.

*A higher damage deposit is required for events; the amount will be determined based on the nature and size of event.

A signed copy of our rental agreement is required within 24hrs of making your booking.
